UKIP win District Council Seats on Aylesbury Vale

UKIP has won two District Council seats at Aylesbury Vale District Council for the very first time. UKIP won the seats from the Liberal Democrats which had been a stronghold for over 20 years! We also won two Aylesbury Town Council seats from the Liberal Democrats. Councillor Andy Huxley & Councillor Chris Adams have now taken their seats at the two councils. Andy will be sitting on the General Purposes & Licensing Committee whilst Chris will sit on the Development Control & Environment positions.

UKIP Aylesbury Vale scored an massive vote in the May 5th Local Elections. In 2007 UKIP scored 4,651 votes in 2011 UKIP scored 15,891 votes We took over 14.7% of the share vote. UKIP won 2 District Council seats UKIP won 2 Town Council seats

UKIP Aylesbury Vale are now going to let the taxpayers of Aylesbury Vale know that these failed old parties all voted for fortnightly bin collections. Here's the A5 leaflet come to you shortly!

UKIP's Chris Adams & Andy Huxley were the only Councillors to vote against bringing in a fortnightly bin collection & slop buckets at the Aylesbury Vale District Council meeting on 13th July 2011. Cllr Adams blasted the Conservatives by saying that they broke their manifesto promises on waste collections. The Conservatives said that "WE WILL retain weekly household collections" and now with the help of the Lib Dems & Labour they have let the taxpayers of Aylesbury down like a cheap pair of braces. These parties are just dishonest.
